Utmyntet under beleiringen av Akershus festning vinteren 1531-1532. Finnes i flere varianter.<\/p>\n

Etter \u00e5 ha r\u00f8mt til Nederland \u00e5tte \u00e5r tidligere, fors\u00f8kte\u00a0Christian II\u00a0\u00e5 gjenvinne sitt arverike Norge med en h\u00e6r av leiesoldater vinteren 1531-1532. Leietroppene tok Oslo og beleiret Akershus festning. Beleiringen varte og rakk, og Christian kom i pengevansker. Da fikk han l\u00e5ne\u00a0myntmester\u00a0og myntredskap fra motstanderen, lensherre Mogens Gyldenstjerne p\u00e5 Akershus. Slik myntet Christian II\u00a0klippinger.<\/p>\n

Christian fikk metall fra erkebiskopen og andre norske biskoper. Her gjaldt det \u00e5 forsvare b\u00e5de den katolske tro og den nasjonale politikken. Det var mye kirkes\u00f8lv som n\u00e5 gikk til myntmetall. Det gikk s\u00e5 langt at myntmesteren pr\u00f8vde s\u00f8lvet i St. Halvardskrinet i Oslo. Om det er denne helligdommen vi ser igjen i Christians klippinger, er uvisst. I alle fall er disse myntene sjeldent gode i metallet. De er m\u00e5lt til over 97 % s\u00f8lv.<\/p>\n

Angrepet p\u00e5 Akershus festning<\/b><\/p>\n

Med flere sterke st\u00f8ttespillere, blant dem den katolske Keiser Karl 5. (hans svoger) gjennomf\u00f8rte Christian II i november 1531 et angrep mot Norge og Akershus festning, i et fors\u00f8k p\u00e5 \u00e5 f\u00e5 tilbake kongemakten.<\/p>\n

Angrepsstyrken bestod av 15 skip og 5000 landsknekter, under ledelse av jyllandh\u00f8vdingen \u201dSkipper Clement\u201d, som var en av Christians trofaste st\u00f8ttespillere. P\u00e5 grunn av uv\u00e6r mistet fl\u00e5ten flere skip. Akershus festning holdt dermed stand mot angrepet, men ble beleiret. (Flere av de norske riksr\u00e5dene st\u00f8ttet Christian, men Mogens Gyldenstjerne var tro mot Kong Frederik og holdt stand p\u00e5 Akershus). Christian II beleiret Akershus festning og dette ledet f\u00f8rst til en v\u00e5penstillstand 23. november 1531.<\/p>\n

I mars \u00e5ret etter utrustet Frederik I en fl\u00e5testyrke med landtropper som skulle komme Akershus festning til unnsetning. Den var ledet av Tile Giseler og Peder Skram. Den var ogs\u00e5 st\u00f8ttet av L\u00fcbeck, som fryktet Christians eventuelle tilbakekomst. Underveis erobret de fem av Christians skip, og utenfor Akershus festning hadde de spredde kamper mot Christians styrker. En forsterkningsstyrke ble sendt fra K\u00f8benhavn 2. mai, ledet av Knud Gyldenstjerne (bror til Mogens p\u00e5 Akershus). 8-9 mai 1532 var det trefninger mot- og p\u00e5 land. Christian ba om forhandlinger og 1. juli 1532 gjorde Christian avtale om at han kunne ta med seg 200 mann og reise til K\u00f8benhavn for \u00e5 forhandle direkte med Frederik. Dette l\u00f8fte om \u201dfritt leide\u201d, underskrevet av 27 betrodde menn, ble straks brutt.
